Independent Archive Status
Elvis Aloha Archive is an independent historical and educational archive. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected with:

- ●Any official Elvis Presley organization
Archive Ownership vs. Underlying Rights
The archive may own or maintain:

- ✓Digitization files created from collection materials, subject to underlying rights
This does not necessarily transfer ownership of:

- ✗Recordings or broadcast footage
- ✗Newspaper content or promotional artwork
- ✗Third-party trademarks
- ✗Materials owned by estates, publishers, broadcasters, photographers, or record companies
